For condominium communities, tenancy-in-common owner groups, and vacation fractional properties, we offer the following services on an a la carte basis:

Collection of monthly owner dues
Payment of property bills
Professional maintenance management with reputable contractors, at negotiated costs
Periodic evaluations of common areas
24/7 service for owners/occupants
Rental of vacant apartments (for an additional fee; see description of our leasing services below)
Review of existing HOA CC&Rs, Bylaws, other documents, correspondence
Annual meeting coordination, distribution of notices
Move in/out management
Property taxes/insurance/debt service payments/income and expense statements
