Joe Gillach has over 20 years experience owning and managing multi-unit residential properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining Progressive Property Group, Joe was a Principal at Ratel Investments, a Tiburon, CA-based private real estate investment firm where he was responsible for asset management of Ratel’s portfolio of multi-family investments whose combined value exceeded $400 million. Following completion of his MBA, Joe worked for the management consulting firm Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He began his career at ABC News in Washington D.C as a reportorial reporter for the ABC Weekend News and This Week with David Brinkley programs. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Marin Agricultural Land Trust and a current member of the Board of Directors for the Marin Mountain Play Association. Joe holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance.
